eTech 2013 Conference

I am excited to report I will be attending and presenting at this year's eTech conference with fellow OELMA member and East regional director Annette Lang this coming week. If any fellow OELMA members will be attending, please try to attend our session! It is on Monday at 3:45 and is titled Online Games and Instant Response to Increase Student Engagement: Quizlet, Quia Socrative and Nearpod. If you cannot make our session, I hope to see you around the conference! If you cannot make it, I will be tweeting valuable information I gain in the sessions I attend, so follow me @AngelaWojtecki and I will share! Keep checking the OELMA Blog for more information as well!

Thanks for reading!

Angela is the district school librarian for Nordonia Hills City Schools located in Summit County. She is also the East Regional Co-Director of OELMA. She feels school librarians should be two things in order to be successful: fun and innovative. And no, she didn't Google that.

Sue, I must say eTech was awesome! I have SO many ideas and take-aways I cannot list them all here. The session Annette and I presented is something we will hope to present at our conference in October, along with some other really great "tech-centered" ideas. The OELMA Conference committee is going to make this upcoming conference AMAZING, I can assure you! :) Look for some upcoming posts with more details and information on our session and overall thoughts of eTech.
