The researchers selected to carry out this project are
Dr. Ross Todd
and Dr. Carol
Kuhlthau, both with outstanding international reputations in
the field of school library research. They have recently been
named the directors of CISSL, the
Center for International Scholarship in School Libraries.

researchers bring to Student Learning through Ohio School
Libraries.

micro-dimensions of student learning through school
libraries.

Research on student learning through the school
library that makes use of a multi-dimensional conception
of learning, rather than being limited to measuring
learning through single dimensions, such as exam scores,
or state-wide assessment tests.

Research on student learning that has utilized a range
of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

The support of an international center -- CISSL:
