In 2023, the OELMA Conference will be located at OCLC in Dublin, OH, October 4th - 6th, 2023. The multi-day in-person conference and the centralized location will be a big draw for the Conference. The Conference Planning Committee has created a schedule that will let attendees and exhibitors capitalize on this wonderful location and venue. Refreshment Break: We offer Morning and Afternoon Refreshment Breaks during
the conference. Your company name will be shown on a
poster by each food station during the refreshment break.
In addition to signage at the break, your logo will be placed

Small Group Event: In a separate breakout room or area, host a private reception or deliver a presentation up to 20 minutes on tools, strategies, and resources that help school librarians. Use this opportunity to showcase a tool or technique during session breaks and drive traffic to your exhibitor booth. Presentation proposals must be approved by our Program Committee.
